29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At a jobsite located at Lot 14 Buffalo Ridge Ct, LAKE WINNEBAGO, MO 64034 employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling objects and materials while conducting residential framing activities. Employees  were observed passing materials from a lower level of the structure to employees on the next higher level without wearing protective helmets.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  At a jobsite located at Lot 14 Buffalo Ridge Ct, LAKE WINNEBAGO, MO 64034 employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed using pneumatic nail guns to fasten lumber together without eye and face protection.

Employees conducting residential framing work were observed using a portable extension ladder where the side rails did not extent 3 feet past the upper landing surface to access and egress the next higher level of the structure.
