Employees were observed conducting framing work underneath other employees at the next higher level without wearing protective helmets.

At a jobsite located at 1709 SW Arbor Park Dr, Lees Summit, MO 64082 employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed using pneumatic nail guns to fasten lumber together without any eye or face protection. Rojas Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560096, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2575 W. 142nd St, Olathe, KS 66051.
