29 CFR 1910.95(k)(2): The training program was not repeated annually for each employee included in the hearing conservation program. a) In the facility, on or about November 26, 2024 - Noise training was not repeated annually for each employee included in the company's hearing conservation program. Initial noise training was abated on July 1, 2022 and additional training was provided on November 22, 2022, however noise training was not provided in 2023 or until December 17, 2024 according to employer provided records.
