OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck-by fragments from Thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) plastic pipe in the event of rupture.   a) On or about November 26, 2024, in the company's warehouse located at 9315 Eden Avenue, Hudson, FL 34667, PVC plastic piping was used in an exposed above ground location to transport compressed air at 150 psi for the operation of air operated machines and tools, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire:  a) On or about November 26, 2024, outside of the shop located at 9315 Eden Avenue, Hudson, FL, 34667; an oxygen cylinder was stored within the same area as acetylene tanks, diesel containers, liquefied petroleum tanks, propane tanks, fuel container and a 50-gallon container of flammable liquid, exposing employees to a fire and explosion hazard in the event of release and rupture.
