29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary, whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) 47 N. River Road, Naperville, IL 60563 - On or about November 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure that their labor assistant was provided effective head protection when working below sign cleaning activities. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
