29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): When lockout or tagout devices temporarily were removed from the energy isolating device and the machine or equipment was energized to test or position the machine, the employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance to the paragraph (e)(2): At 1650 Rowe Parkway, Poplar Bluf, MO 63901, on November 20, 2024 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to hazards associated with the sudden energization of de energized equipment due to not moving employees from an associated danger zone while equipment was energized during testing.
