29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about November 26, 2024 - Backroom Storage Area and aisles, the employer did not ensure that the exit routes were free and unobstructed. Cardboard boxes of product, empty boxes, and other objects were in the exit pathway which reduced the amount of available space to exit safely in the event of an emergency. Marshalls of MA, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37 (a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1710315, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Marketplace Blvd, Rochester, NH 03867.
