29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels was not fully planked or decked between front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) 144 US Route 130 Bordentown, NJ - The employer allowed employees to work from a fabricated frame scaffold, approximately 20 feet high by 7 feet long and 5 feet wide with the worker approximately 20 feet above the ground, which was not fully planked of decked on the walking working surface, thus exposing employee to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about November 27, 20205. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems: a) 144 US Highway 130, Bordentown, NJ - The employer allowed workers to work from a fabricated framed scaffold, approximately 20 feet high by 7 feet long and 5 feet wide with the worker approximately 20 feet above the ground, with no fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about November 27, 2024. NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
