29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) At the jobsite, located at 4507 Eagle Falls Dr. Tampa, Florida; On or about November 21, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that, a Toyota Forklift (Model: 7FBEU15 and S/N: 23078) operator traveled forward with an obstructed view while performing warehouse loading and unloading operations.
