29 CFR 1915.73(e): When employees were working near the unguarded edges of decks of vessels afloat, they were not protected by personal flotation devices meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.158 On or about November 26, 2024, and at times prior thereto, BENDER CCP INC, employees were exposed to occupational injury and illness when their employer failed to ensure that employees working near unguarded edges adjacent to the "Fisher" were protected by Personal Flotation Devices.
