29 CFR 1910.215(b)(5):The angular exposure of grinding wheel periphery and slides for safety guards used on cutting-off machine(s) employing the wheel periphery exceeded 150 degrees: Location 88 Camelot Road # 49 Plymouth MA. 02360 On or about December 2, 2024 employees were exposed to flying debris, sparks, and the high-speed rotating grinding wheel itself while using surface grinders that were not equipped with guards.
