29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by the employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about December 2, 2024, an employee was in an aerial lift but was not anchored to it. The employee wore a personal fall arrest system but was not attached to the lift. The employee was approximately 15 feet above the ground.
