29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by the employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about November 25, 2024, an employee was in an aerial lift with his supervisor but was not anchored to it. The employee wore a personal fall arrest system but was not attached to the lift. The employees were approximately 15 feet above ground.
