29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  Location: Worksite  On or about December 3, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 7 feet while performing masonry activities while working on unstable scaffolding, and were additionally exposed to respirable crystalline silica dust hazards while performing masonry and site prep activities while dry-cutting the brick on the building and the concrete curb and sidewalk, where the employer did not ensure that a competent person was performing frequent and regular inspections of the job site.
