29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about December 3, 2024, at the east exit of the warehouse employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit door #66 was blocked with an elevated ball decking approximately 30 feet long and 18 inches in height. b. On or about December 3, 2024, at the east exit of the warehouse employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit door #65 was blocked with an elevated ball decking approximately 30 feet long and 18 inches in height. c. On or about December 3, 2024, at the east exit of the warehouse employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit door #64 was blocked with an elevated ball decking approximately 30 feet long and 18 inches in height.
