Warwick Tree Acquisition Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1616781, citation number 1, item number 5-a and was affirmed as a final order on 1/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 405 Arnold Road, Coventry, RI 02816.
