In the grooming area of the pet grooming department: exit signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. c. In the receiving area of the pet grooming department: exit signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge.  The Petco Animal Supplies, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670079, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 193 West 237th Street, Bronx, NY 10463.

Petco Animal Supply Stores, Inc DBA Petco Animal Supplies, Inc was previously cited for an other-than-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1653194, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/08/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 790 Waverley Road, North Andover, MA 01845.
