1926.960(b)(3)(i): Except as provided in paragraph (b)(3)(ii) of this section, at least two employees were not present while any employee performed the type of work as outlined in 1926.960(b)(3)(i)(A) - (E) of this section:  a. At 44th Ave at I-75: On or about November 27, 2024, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that at least two employees were not present while utilizing an uninsulated aerial lift near energized overhead powerlines at more than 600 volts.
