Meade, FL, on or about 11/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and fall hazards, in that, a personnel man basket (model number LGH CL409) designed to be used with a crane was suspended with and around employees from the boom arm of a Caterpillar hydraulic excavator (Model number 315 GC) that was not designed to support a personnel man basket.
