(a) Jobsite: On or about October 9, 2024, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working below roofers without any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure that the exposure assessment was conducted in time to comply with requirements which are triggered by the exposure data or the lack of a negative exposure assessment. (a) Jobsite: On or about October 9, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that an exposure assessment was conducted in time to comply with requirements which are triggered by the exposure data or the lack of a negative exposure assessment. The requirements not being complied with included the proper safety and health training in asbestos, providing proper respiratory protection and shingle removal techniques to reduce employee exposure to asbestos fibers.
