29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) Jobsite: 2258 E Tioga St, PHILADELPHIA, PA - On or about November 27, 2024, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were performed to identify working conditions which are hazardous to the health or safety of employees, such as, but not limited to, fall hazards from unprotected sides and edges of walking working surfaces at heights between approximately 36 and 48 feet above the ground level.
