At countertop shop, located at 5270 W. Beaver Street, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 4, 2024, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries caused by flying debris, in that employees were not required to wear eye protection while polishing and cutting countertops stones with pneumatic tools, such as Flex Tile Cutter and an Air Wet Stone Polisher.
