29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section except when: On or about December 04, 2024, on the north side of the worksite, employees did not have an adequate form of cave-in protection while conducting excavation activities. S.J. Louis Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566426, citation number 2, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of Janesville Rd. and Moorland Rd, Muskego WI 53150.
