29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator was fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece was used, and at least annually thereafter: a) 810 Lincoln Avenue, West Chester, PA 19380, foundry area: On or about April 9, 2025, employees were provided and required to wear N95 respirators when performing furnace re-lining and the employer did not provide fit-testing prior to initial use of respirators in accordance with this section., Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
