OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about December 2, 2024, at a commercial jobsite located at 1524 Jacquelyn Drive Houston, TX 77055, employees were working on the ground, in the drop zone, while an arborist was aloft in a tree cutting the main tree trunk, without the use of an established communication protocol, creating a falling object/struck by hazard.
