Ulster St., Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about December 05, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees who were conducting work from an aerial lift were protected from struck-by hazards from incoming vehicular traffic by utilizing proper traffic control signs or devices to protect employees doing work on an active traffic lane.
