Employees handled, mixed, and poured chemicals such as Titebond Adhesives and Mohawk Pre-Catalyzed Clear Lacquer on a daily basis without receiving hazardous communication training, exposing employees to chemical hazards that could cause brain, lung, and reproductive harm.
