29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. (a) On or about December 5, 2024, the employer had not ensured that the company's hazardous energy control program was inspected annually to ensure machine specific energy control procedures were current, and that authorized employees were correctly implementing energy control procedures when performing servicing and maintenance on the Proofer Lines #1 and #2. Potentially exposing employees to fall and caught-in hazards.
