29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 203 Ark Road, Building 14 - Left Tower, Mount Laurel NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 24 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when on a pump jack scaffold's elevated walking/working surface that was not supplied with end stops and a mid rail/screen. These workers were not using an alternate form of fall protection at the time of their exposure to the fall hazards. Condition observed on or about 12/05/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
