No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold (including aerial lifts) trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) On December 5, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the applicable regulations or how to control or eliminate any hazards associated with the work being performed. The employer did not provide training and instruction to employee(s) that were assigned to operate and move the JLG 860SJ Telescopic Boom Lift. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
