29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 341 Regatta Bay Blvd, Destin FL, 32541; On or about December 5, 2024, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet in that employees were required to use a Genie Model # S65-TRAX aerial lift without first being required to utilize a safety harness with lanyard.
