29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 840 East Idaho St, Kalispell, MT: On or about December 3, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 11 feet to the ground below while operating a Genie S-65 XC Aerial Lift to access the the upper levels of a residential apartment building. National Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453 (b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1645118, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 02, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2225 Overland Ave, Billings, MT.
