29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii):Special handtools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about December 4, 2024, at the worksite located at 3149 E. Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO, employees were exposed to crushing and caught in hazards on the Webb roller machine from ingoing nip points and rotating parts when, special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone.
