A) 715 South Ave E Cranford, NJ 07016 - The employer did not keep exit routes free and unobstructed. The exit door at the northeast corner was obstructed by loaded pallets. This condition prevented safe egress from the building in the event of an emergency.   Condition occurred on or about December 3, 2024.

A forklift truck was used to elevate a wood crate that was not secured or attached to the truck to prevent it from tipping during the lifting process.   Condition occurred on or about December 3, 2024.
