29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: Location: Quaker Rd & S Greeley Ave, Chappaqua, NY a) On or about 11/27/24, an employee climbed off the floor and was standing on the top rim of the basket of an articulating boom lift approximately 20 above the ground to hang light decorations in a tree. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile, the employer need not submit certification nor documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
