(b) Finishing Department; On or about December 9, 2024, a respiratory protection program was not implemented for employees exposed to dust particulates when grinding, sanding, and buffing, in which filtering facepiece (N95 dust mask) respirators were utilized.

The N95 filtering facepiece respirator is not the correct respirator for filtering out organic compounds.
