29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about December 9, 2024, on the upper level of a residential building; an employee was not in use of fall protection while installing plastic covering to an outside wall from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below.  H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582889, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9116 NW 123rd St, Yukon, OK 73099.  H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741880, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15413 Bedford Rd Edmond, OK 73013.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  On or about December 9, 2024, on the southeast corner of the building; an employee accessed the roof using an extension ladder and the siderails did not extend at least three(3) feet above the landing.  H&H Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741880, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 22, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 15413 Bedford Rd, Edmond, OK 73013.
