RZ Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656946, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on July 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 22557 Melina Street, Kildeer, IL 60010. RZ Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656946 , citation 2, item 2, and was affirmed final order on July 24, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 22557 Melina Street, Kildeer, IL 60010.  RZ Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510611, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on March 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 23 E. 59th St, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
