29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Location: 1720 Kennedy Blvd. Jersey City, NJ 07306.  a) An employee was exposed to 20-foot fall hazards while nailing ring boards during framing operations.  The worker was not provided with any means of fall protection during such operations.  b) Two employees were exposed to 20-foot fall hazards while walking and carrying materials such as wooden beams on the then-highest point of the structure with no means of fall protection.   Violation occurred on or about December 9, 2024.
