29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: a.) At the worksite, located at 1820 Massaro BLVD Suite 300 Tampa, FL 33619; On or about 12/4/24, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that, a workplace hazard assessment was not conducted prior to employees working within the warehouse with forklift operations being conducted with quartz countertop sheet slabs and other products moved daily within the warehouse and outside from shipping containers.
