Hanline and Company on or about December 2, 2024, at the location of 17 Republic Avenue Shelby, OH 44875: The employer did not ensure the Tomato Roller Grading Belt was adequately guarded to protect employee from rotating parts. Due to this condition, employees tasked with grading tomatoes were exposed to a pinch point hazard created between the metal shoot and a power-driven roller.
