29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On or about December 04, 2024, at 2905 Curry Lane Nokomis, FL 34275, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards in that they were not trained and qualified on the safe operating requirements of a Sakai Vibrating Roller, such as the slope (Roll Over) limitations and the required use of a seatbelt.
