29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):  a) Reworld Chemical Pack, Inc. located at 33565 Pin Oak Parkway in Avon Lake, Ohio:  On or about December 10, 2024, the employer did not ensure each chemical container in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s), and manufacturer information. Two hundred and seventy-five gallon chemical totes located in the Depak/Pour Off area containing Purell Hand Sanitizer were not equipped with a GHS label.  Employees were exposed to hazards associated with ethyl alcohol and isopropyl such as, but not limited to, eye, skin, and nose irritation, headaches and drowsiness.
