29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Location: Drive up area aisle 16 and 17 On or about December 10, 2024, employees were exposed to potential injuries from fire and other emergencies while working in the back room where egress path widths were less than 28 inches. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1719648 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 79 Commerce Way, Seekonk, MA 02771. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1692704, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 603 East Green Street, Champaign, IL 61820.
