29 CFR 1926.451(f)(12): Wind screens shall not be used unless the scaffold is secured against the anticipated wind forces: On or about December 9, 2024, employees installing plastic sheeting on a three tier fabricated frame scaffold at the jobsite located at 1050 31st Rd, Walthill, Nebraska were exposed to fall and crushing hazards in that the scaffold was not braced or secured to withstand wind gusts in the area.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about December 9, 2024, employees installing plastic sheeting and concrete blocks on a three tier fabricated frame scaffold at the jobsite located at 1050 31st Rd, Walthill, Nebraska were exposed to fall hazards in that the scaffold did not have guard rails and the employees were not using any other form of fall protection while working from the top tier which was over 13 feet above the ground.
