29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee is protected from falling through any hole (including skylights) that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level by one or more of the following methods listed in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(i)(A)-(D): A) 250 E 22nd Street Bayonne, NJ 07002 Pier 7 Employees performing maintenance work on the upper level of pier 7 were exposed to a fall from elevated heights due to floor/grate opening. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 10 feet. Hazard noted on or about 12/11/24
