29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations of 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of this paragraph: Location: 21 Glenshaw Street, Blauvelt, NY - Warehouse a) On or about December 12, 2024, temporary electrical power cords were used in the shipping area to supply power to lights in the sorting racks for the shipping area. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
