29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: (a) On or about December 10, 2024, on a site located at 2724 West 79th Street, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to amputation, crushing, struck-by and caught-between hazards when assisting to move a bundle of natural stone slabs, two of them slip and collapsed, resulting from exceeding a clamp manufacturer's restriction on lifting one slab at the time.
