29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 329 15th St., Brigantine, NJ: Workers were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twelve and nineteen feet to the ground below.  Two employees were on the edge of a second floor deck while a third employee was on a first floor roof directly under the first two. All three employees were not protected from a fall hazard. Observed on or about 12/12/24.  Danny's Contractors Inc.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1722848, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 03/07/2024. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE 04/04/2024.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
