29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Second Level, Lot #75, Huspa Avenue, Shelby, AL: On or about December 12, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were wearing fall protection or installed guard rails around the unprotected sides and edges of the second level while performing framing activities at heights 6 feet and greater to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) Second Level, Lot #75, Huspa Avenue, Shelby, AL: On or about December 12, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employees did not recognize fall hazards while engaged in framing activities on the unguarded edges/sides of the second level at heights 6 feet or greater to the ground below.
